Our goal is for each student to learn not only gymnastics, tumbling, dance, and fitness, but also good attitudes, life skills and healthy habits that will last a lifetime!
Gymnastics Classes
 ~Foundations Girls - Teaches a foundation of flexibility, strength, and skills that can be built upon. Girls will learn skills on all 4 girls events (vault, bars, beam & floor) ~Advanced Foundations Girls - Teaches basic skills at the beginner level on each event. Girls must have completed all prerequisite skills in the Foundations class. ~Intermediate Girls - Continues to build on skills achieved in previous levels. Must have completed all prerequisite skills in the Level 1 class. ~Level 1/2/3 Boys - Teaches basic skills at the beginner level and up. Boys will learn skills on all 6 boys events (vault, pommel horse, p-bars, high bar, rings & floor).
Tumbling Classes
 ~Beginning Tumbling- Teaches a foundation of flexibility, strength, and skills that can be built upon to prepare to learn a back handspring. ~Intermediate Tumbling- Teaches back handsprings and builds on the skills achieved in the previous level. Students must have completed all prerequisite skills in the Beginning Tumbling Class. ~Advanced Tumbling- Allows students to continue to progress on their tumbling. Must have completed all prerequisite skills in the Intermediate Tumbling Class.
Dance Classes
~Ballet / Creative movement (2-3yrs.)- Students are introduced to basic ballet steps and coordination skills. They also use fun props and uplifting, wholesome music. ~Ballet (4-6yrs.)- Students learn the foundational ballet positions and skills to uplifting and wholesome music. They are also intoduced to proper French dance terms. ~Ballet (5-9yrs.)- Students learn the foundational ballet positions and skills to uplifting and wholesome music. They are also intoduced to proper French dance terms.
Adult Classes!
~Adult Tumbling- Students work on floor tumbling. All skill levels welcome! ~ Adult Toning & Stretching- This class includes specialized instruction on proper technique, exercise modifications made for your needs and is designed to help you improve your overall body tone and flexibility. ~Foundation Training - This class teaches exercises to naturally decompress the spine and strengthen the core muscles.
